What is meditation all about?

    This introductory talk begins by exploring the question “What are you actually doing when you meditate? More specifically, what happens when you train, through meditation, to become more and more mindful? And what exactly is “mindfulness” anyway?
    We then explores the question “Is meditation/mindfulness training just one method to calm and settle your mind, to effectively deal with stress and to make you can sleep better? Or, does becoming more and more mindful begin to fundamentally change who you think you are, what you think you are capable of and how you believe the world works?
